RiversEdge Outfitters is located on 20 acres
of riverfront property along one of the least crowded and most secluded sections
of the Federal and State Designated Scenic Little Miami River. Whatever your
pace, we have the ideal trip for you.
 The
large shelter in our 16 acre picnic area is perfect for companies, church
groups, scouts, family reunions or any group affair. Enjoy a spirited
game of volleyball, softball, horseshoes or just a quiet riverside
walk.
We
proudly offer the finest quality rental equipment, featuring Old Town Discovery
Canoes. Our facilities include a new rental and retail office with
spacious deck, lounging and refreshment area. Flush toilets and changing
areas are available for your convenience.

Whether you want a quick trip to get a taste canoeing or kayaking the Little Miami, or

 Groups
We have special rates for groups. Discounts on canoe rental rates begin
with five canoes. If your group has at least 25 people, you'll love our Float
& Feast package.
Operating Hours
Our hours vary from season to season. Basically, we are open weekends in Spring and Fall; and open seven days in the summer. Please see our Hours of Operation page for details.
Remember that our hours of operation - especially in the Spring and Fall -
are always weather dependent. You should call ahead and check for specific
hours RiversEdge Outfitters is open. Even when the weather is good, our hours
can be affect by the level of the Little Miami River. (The USGS web site shows
current conditions
on the Little Miami River near Spring Valley.)
And don't forget - our trips leave on the hour, so please arrive 20 minutes
early to allow time for paperwork and other preparations. And make your pre-trip preparation the quickest and easiest, come with your waiver already filled out. You can get a copy of the waiver by clicking on the clock graphic below.
New for 2008
Thursday Evening Canoe & Kayak Trips. Come and experience the Little Miami River during evening hours. Trips departing Thursdays during June, July and August at 5:00, 6:00 and 7:00. All trips must return before dark.
